My field is Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and Higher Ed Administration. I work in this field because of my passion for parity in STEM fields.
Why did you choose to participate in RUA activities?
I decided to become involved with RUA because of the alliance’s goal to diversify academia in STEM fields.
